Customers can place orders through our website or by WhatsApp.

Once you place your order, we will confirm your delivery order (products, quantities, delivery address and date) by phone or WhatsApp on the same day or the next working day, Please call us if we have not confirmed your order within two days after the order being placed.

顧客可透過我們的網站或WhatsApp下單。

下單後，我們會即日或於下一個工作日以電話聯絡顧客，確認送貨訂單內容(包括：貨品、數量、送貨地址及送貨日期)。

顧客如於下單後兩天內仍未收到我們的確認，請致電我們。

Customers can pay by Bank Transfer (Customer fails to pay within 48 hours will consider order cancel.)

Upon receiving payment, we will arrange with you on the delivery time by phone or WhatsApp.

Customer should check the goods upon arrival. If any products are damaged or missing, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp us within 24 hours from the date of receiving. We will arrange refunding or order replacement if the case requires.

In addition to takeaway delivery, customer can choose to come to our Tsuen Wan store for pick-up.

顧客可以銀行過數方式付款，（顧客如於48小時內仍未能成功付款，有關訂單將視作為取消。)

成功收款後，我們會以電話或WhatsApp聯絡顧客，安排送貨時間。

收貨後，顧客必需檢查清楚貨品，如貨品有任何損毀或遺漏，請於收貨日後的24小時內以電話或WhatsApp聯絡我們。如有需要，我們會安排退款或更換貨品。

除送貨服務外，顧客亦可選擇親臨我們的店自取貨品。

Home delivery service is available to industrial, commercial and residential areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Orders will be handled and dispatched within 2-3 business days (depending on the locations). Home delivery service is not available to addresses in outlying islands, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and permit-only zones, but special arrangements could be accommodated if requested. *Delivery service may be delayed due to bad weather, traffic congestion and other unexpected events.

**Delivery to tenement buildings or buildings without elevator are subject to extra charges.

送貨上門服務適用於香港、九龍及新界各工商及住宅區，安排至運送流程一般需時2-3個工作天(按地區而定)。

離島、馬灣、愉景灣及須行車許可證之區域則不設上門送貨，但FellowMi會儘量安排其他可行之送貨方式給予有關客戶。請先聯絡FellowMi了解相關送貨事宜。

*運送時間或會因惡劣天氣、交通擠塞及其他不可預期的事情影響而延期。

Free delivery for purchase with net amount (after discount) of HK$800 or above.

Delivery fee would be HK$50 for purchase with net amount (after discount) below HK$800.

購物淨額(扣除折扣後)滿HK$800或以上，可享免費送貨服務。

購物淨額(扣除折扣後)未滿HK$800者，送貨費用則為HK$50。

Customers are requested to call or WhatsApp us before payment for any change of order.

MochChu reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.

如訂單有任何更改，顧客必須於付款前致電或WhatsApp我們。

如於指定送貨時間內顧客不能收取貨品，MochChu將保留權利向顧客收取額外送貨費用。

MochChu may revise these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, MochChu’s decision shall be final.

MochChu或會不時修訂此等條款及細則而不作另行通告，如有任何爭議，均以MochChu的最終決定為準。
